I had been thinking about doing Amy’s Jumpstart Program for years before I finally did it. I had all the excuses, the biggest being no time. In reality, it was fear of giving up eating what I want, when I want it. It was really easy to give everything up and in reality, I didn’t miss it at all. I had the mindset change to I CAN eat anything I want, I just CHOOSE not to eat it. Meal planning and shopping early in the week makes the week a lot easier. I now think about what to make for dinner once a week instead of daily. I am so glad I finally took the plunge!! Just remember, use what works for you and leave the rest so you don’t get overwhelmed. I didn’t do all of the suggested things but, I did do what worked for me and my lifestyle and I still had a huge change in how I feel physically and emotionally!
