Many PCOS Divas noticed that I “disappeared” for much of the summer, and have checked in during the past couple of months to make sure I was alright (thank you!). I am happy to say that I was more than alright – I was fulfilling a lifelong dream!
For many years, I have wanted to share the PCOS Diva protocol in book form in order to reach a wider audience, but I chose to wait and do it right. I could have published an eBook or self-published any time, but I wanted to work with a major publishing house who could help me develop a polished piece, reach more women, and raise more awareness for PCOS. I spent months perfecting a book proposal, and finally, last spring, I received offers from 2 of the top 5 publishing houses in the US! I chose Harper One, an imprint of Harper Collins, because they immediately understood my message and are excited to introduce it to the world.
I was a little worried that a major publishing house would ask me to change my approach to healing PCOS and damage my authenticity. Happily, my editor, Julia, has been a dream come true. She never tried to tone down or alter my message. In fact, she lent clarity that I think will really help PCOS Divas better understand our lifestyle and thrive!
So… I spent my summer pouring myself into my book, Healing PCOS, due to be published on May 1st! Everything is in there. I held nothing back. I am tremendously proud of the (almost) finished product. In the end, I think I was able to capture the essence of what it is to be a PCOS Diva.Exciting announcement from PCOS Diva
I wish I had this book when I began my PCOS journey. I felt isolated and alone, and I spent years searching for answers and experimenting. As I researched, I wasn’t sure what to believe or even how to wade through the seemingly endless and conflicting information.
Healing PCOS offers a clear path to healing. Is it easy? No. Is it worth it and actually sustainable? Absolutely. It is the same protocol that I have taught to thousands of PCOS Divas (plus tons of new tips & recipes) who use it to thrive every day. It’s everything. All in one place!
So, yes. I spent my summer writing in coffee shops, my office, at the beach, on vacation, really anywhere the glare on my laptop screen wasn’t too bad. And I loved it.
I can’t wait to share it with you. Thank you for all of your love and support!
