PCOS- Friendly Ginger Peach Smoothie [Recipe]

Ginger Peach Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 scoop PCOS Diva Power Vegan Protein, vanilla flavor (or similar protein powder)

½ cup frozen peaches

1 handful kale, ribs removed, roughly chopped

1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil or MCT oil

1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger (use less if you like it less zippy)

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Dash of ground cardamom (optional)

½ teaspoon matcha tea powder

Blend all of the ingredients in a high- speed blender until smooth. Add ice or water until it reaches the desired consistency.
