It’s springtime! This is your opportunity to recommit to your health and well-being. Think of it as spring cleaning for your mind and body.
I know most of us are safe inside right now and may be feeling limited, out-of-control, and anxious. So, let’s start with what we can control. Commit now to making choices and behaving in ways that will help you be healthy and balanced in a turbulent time.
I have developed a simple Spring Renewal Plan to help us all keep on track. It centers on the 3 pillars of PCOS Diva: Eat Like a PCOS Diva, Move Like a PCOS Diva, and Think Like a PCOS Diva. This plan is not meant to add to your to-do list. Use this as a checklist to keep you accountable for your daily choices. Print it out and hang it on your fridge. Every box you check should feel like a little win!
Above all, be gentle with yourself when you have an off day or something doesn’t go as planned. You are always one choice away from being back on track! Keep your end goal in mind.
