The protein powder is all I have tried at this point. I really like it. Most protein powders have a funky taste and have upset my stomach. This powder is tasty, and has not negatively affected my digestive system at all. It’s been a satisfying addition to my smoothie! I thought it was time to try to add more protein in my diet and wanted to start here.
