• Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping.
• Standard shipping rates apply to smoothie powders, bars and/or supplement deliveries to addresses in contiguous 48 United States only*.
• If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii additional shipping charges will apply.

International Shipping

• We do not ship outside of the United States. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you wish to purchase PCOS Diva products, consider using a service like Shipito.
• Online programs, e-courses, e-books, and information products which do not require shipping may be purchased by anyone around the world.

RETURN POLICY

Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is still sealed, unopened, and unexpired for a restock fee of 10%. Prior authorization is required and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping. If products arrive damaged, discolored or tampered with in a suspicious manner, contact us immediately, and we will provide return instructions and a replacement or refund. CANCELLATION POLICY

If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled. We retain the right to refuse or cancel an order due to stock-outs, incorrect pricing, or for any other reason. If you have already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue you a credit for the amount of the purchase.
