This is a 1-hour call designed to deliver expert advice and help you get on track.
Choose a meeting date on my calendar for our call or video chat. Before our call, I’ll send a questionnaire so I can get a better understanding of your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. This will help us optimize our time together. At our meeting, I will listen to your story and discuss strategies that will help move you forward. Our call will be recorded for your reference. You will also receive a follow-up email with notes, suggestions, and additional resources.
This is a dedicated 3 or 6 month program of personalized coaching to help you develop a plan and practical strategies for sustainable, life-long health.
Fill out the Application. We then schedule an initial session during which we get to know each other, establish your goals, and see if Private Coaching is a good fit for you. This and future meetings may be video or audio calls, whatever works for you.
After that, we will meet approximately every two weeks to check-in and see what’s working and help you move through your personalized PCOS Diva protocol. We will troubleshoot any issues or resistance that arise, reassess where you are on achieving your goals, and make adjustments when necessary.
You will receive a recording of our meeting the next day with reminders, tips, and tasks. I will be accessible to you via email for day-to-day support anytime you have questions or concerns.
Together, we’ll work to reach your health goals, whether it is achieving optimal weight, increasing fertility, reducing cravings, increasing sound sleep, maximizing energy, or reducing overall PCOS symptoms.
