This is a great way to view our mistakes.  When we fail to eat healthy, often times it just comes down to poor planning.  Take some time early in the week to plan out  your food more intelligently. MEATLESS MONDAY Very Green Lentil Soup with Crusty Bread (I like Udi’s Gluten-free Whole Grain Hot Dog Rolls toasted)

TUESDAY Chicken with Brussels Sprouts and Mustard Sauce serve with Wild Rice and Carrots

WEDNESDAY Mushroom and Bacon Frittata with Roasted Tomatoes Serve with Mixed Green Salad

THURSDAY Pork with Pomegranate Pan Sauce, Steamed Green Beans and Roasted Sweet Potatoes

FRIDAY Roasted Cod  and Scallions with Spiced Potatoes serve with Steamed Broccoli
