I am 21 years old and was I diagnosed with PCOS late last year.  I had been suffering massive amounts of hair loss and I had hit an all time low. Through my hours and hours of research,  I found the PCOS Diva website.  PCOS Diva has been a comfort on days I have felt my worst because it gives me hope that there will be brighter days, I have learnt so much about nutrition and the benefits multiple vitamins can do for my PCOS thanks to Amy’s podcasts, emails, website and Facebook group. I have recently seen massive amounts of regrowth and I credit this to Amy and my supportive doctor. Thank you so much for being a light at the end of the tunnel half way across the world in Australia.
