Oh my gosh!! I absolutely love Amy’s Meal Plans. My husband and I love the meals, and I have lost 15 pounds which is an average of a 1/2 pound a day! I have so much more energy. I feel great, my skin has improved, and I don’t feel tired or foggy around 3 in the afternoon. I love that the dinners and sides have common ingredients, like OJ or cumin, etc. We have had so many favorites. We loved the Cajun shrimp, Horseradish Encrusted Halibut, Caribbean Spiced Pork Tenderloin w/ Blackberry sauce, the grilled salmon, the lemon chicken, and so many others. At first, I didn’t like that the weekends were not planned, but I figured out that with our busy life, and so many leftovers, I was able to make some things on the weekend that I couldn’t get to during the week, but had already purchased the ingredients. Since using the Meal Plans, I really feel empowered to make better choices both when it comes to food choices, and also when I get cravings or I am feeling weak.
