The PCOS Diva Meal Plans made meal planning SO much easier for me. I’ve always done a great job at dinner but to have ideas for breakfast and lunch…it made me focus on good and healthy eating during those times as well. I loved all of the recipes but my favorite was the chocolate covered strawberry smoothie! YUM! I decided I could have it for breakfast AND as a dessert as well! Before using the Meal Plans I was bored with my meals…especially breakfast and lunch, but now I am trying new things like fruits and veggies, and spending a little more time in the kitchen!
