Before I found Amy’s 7 Day Jumpstart Program I knew I needed to do something holistic to help myself besides taking drugs, but I was overwhelmed with information and didn’t know where to start. As a result of the Program, I got a handle on how to meal plan and prep for healthier eating. It also helped me start to address some of the negativity that I experienced on a daily basis. By taking time for me and making meditation a part of my daily life I feel calmer and more in control of my mood. I now feel like I have increased energy, a better knowledge of balanced plate and how to eat a plant based diet without sacrificing taste.
