A PCOS Diva knows its “all about me.” She makes time to linger in a lavender bubble bath while sipping a glass of red wine and reading a dishy romance. She honors herself with early morning sun salutations and then a quiet cup of green tea while she journals her hopes and dreams. Whatever her pleasure, she makes it her #1 priority to take care of herself.
When you have PCOS, it is critical to exercise extreme self-care. This means putting yourself first and reducing your stress. Making sure you have PCOS friendly food available, time to exercise, plenty of sleep, quiet down time and that you surround yourself with positive people who support you.
Acting in your own best interests isn’t selfish. It is the only way to truly honor yourself, decrease your PCOS symptoms and increase your well-being.
