At the beginning of the week I was tired and had mild headaches, but by the end of the week, I realized I don’t want to change my diet and go back to the way I felt before. There was a day where I ate a bagel and cream cheese (which is like Russian Roulette on my stomach). Shortly after eating it, I was so light headed I felt like I was going to pass out. The feeling took hours to go away. I was constantly tired, stressed out and anxious and it was time for a change!
Since completing the Jumpstart program, my husband is more involved in our food choices and we now prep meals together. It has helped us grow closer. My kids seem more focused and less “all over the place” in their actions and thoughts (they all did the food with me). I feel more encouraged and my confidence is boosted and I’m ready to take on the next week! Now, I finally did something to take care of MYSELF and feel so much better physically and more mentally prepared to move forward in this adventure we call life. You’re worth it!
