I am sure you hear this all the time but your Jumpstart Program has changed the way I view myself. I have listened to the webinars from Jumpstart over and over. Even when I am not able to completely listen I think my subconscious must be absorbing the information. I am taking it all in and doing the best that I can each day. I find the eating program easy to follow in real life. I do not feel the shame and disappointment that I have so many times before. It really helps that I am seeing instant results too. I do not think I can pinpoint my happiness on one thing that I am doing but rather the program as a whole has made me feel more whole. Thanks so much.
