Prior to the Jumpstart Program I needed to get away from my bad eating and sedentary lifestyle. When I came home from work I was just lazy. I had bits and pieces of how to eat well, but was unsure of how to tie it all together. I was bored with my menu each week!! I didn’t know what to do for lunch each week. Now I feel positive! I wake up and spend the first hour of my day doing something for me. I exercise each day, but I am finding a flow with it…not doing something hardcore and dropping dead! I am trying new things like yoga. I am cooking at least 4 dinners each week and taking leftovers or salads for lunch. I am having 2 squares of chocolate each day and taking a weekly relaxation bath.
As a result of Jumpstart, I have found the peace and wellness that I was hoping for. I am sleeping better at night. I am moving each day! I am waking up early and going to bed at a decent time each night.
If you are thinking of doing it, just sign up, don’t keep waiting like I did. If you feel overwhelmed by all the information out there and you are unsure of how to make your day work for you, this Program will teach you. That is the biggest take away for me, I am learning to make the day work for me! My mornings now help me to get ready for the day, my meals help me feel healthy, taste good and get me through the day and the night time helps me to really rest and get ready to do it again.
