This cleanse has changed my life! I’ve tried other things before like going carb free, going gluten free and the Whole30. Between the classes, the shakes, and the recipes the PCOS Sparkle Program has truly made a difference in my life. There are things such as caffeine that this program helped me eliminate from my diet, that I never would have done on my own. Eliminating caffeine ended up being a big deal for me. The program works! Before beginning this program, I spent every day at work wondering how I was going to make it through the day without falling asleep at my desk or staying focused in a meeting. I actually wondered if I was going to lose my job and no longer be able to take care of my family. My ability to forget things daily became a running joke that I thought was more scary than funny, but I don’t feel that way anymore. It’s gone, entirely. I can think more clearly and I remember things I need. I can stay awake and I can concentrate. I’m no longer a prisoner of my brains inability to function. I feel better playing with my son and have had to spend less time telling him “Mommy can’t play, Mommy’s too tired”. What an amazing feeling! My irritability level is also down and I have more patience which is good not only for my family, but also great for me since I don’t feel so bad about myself. The brain fog is gone, the joint pain is more mild, the extreme fatigue is gone, the bloating, nausea, and stomach pain are gone. I’m finally feeling like me again, like the me I felt like before PCOS took me over. I also lost 12 pounds which was a nice bonus!
