Morrocco Method Dry Shampoo [Product Review]

product review - Morrocco method dry shampooI’ve switched up my workout routine for the summer. I go to Pure Barre 3-4 days a week throughout the year, but I wanted to switch it up a little and thought it would be fun to join my husband at his gym for strength and conditioning workouts 3 days a week.  There is only one problem; did I mention they start at 6AM?

Being a Diva, I can’t just roll out of bed with bedhead (like my husband does), and my hair is too short right now for a ponytail, so in order to tame my mane, I’ve been relying on Morrocco Method’s new product, Volcanic Powder Dry Shampoo.

I sprinkle a little in my hair, rub it in for a minute or so, brush, and voila! My hair looks full, shiny and fresh.  Most importantly, I feel better about going out “au natural” at 6AM!

I’ve been hesitant in the past to try traditional dry shampoo because a big part of managing PCOS is trying your best to avoid endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs), because they disrupt our hormonal balance. Morrocco Method removed the worry for me when it introduced Volcanic Powder Dry Shampoo. It is made with all natural ingredients. Traditional dry shampoo sprays contain EDCs like talc, parabens and liquefied petroleum gas.

Volcanic Powder Dry Shampoo Ingredients:

Montmorillonite, Bentonite, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Powder, Emblica Officinalis (Amla) Fruit Powder, Opuntia Ficus-Indica (Prickly Pear) Powder, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Powder, Arrowroot, Basil, Bladderwrack, Burdock Root, Butcher’s Broom, Cardamom, Charcoal, Chlorella, Cilantro (Coriander) , Cinnamon, Cloves, Dandelion, Fennel, Garlic, Gingko, Hyssop, Kelp, Marshmallow, Myrrh, Oat Flour, Paprika, Peppermint, Red Clover, Rosemary, Sage, Shavegrass (Horsetail), Shepherd’s Purse, Thyme, Turmeric

If you are looking for a quick way to safely refresh your hair style at the end of a long day or add volume to fine, thin hair (like mine), Morrocco Method Volcanic Powder Dry Shampoo is a great choice.

  1. Hi Amy
U r using Morocco products from past
1 1/2 years.so how much new hair u got?answer me please.based on that I will start using the products.i lost most on my head.

  2. Anita – I used to have severe shedding in the fall and to a lesser extent in the spring. Since using these products, my hair has minimal shedding, probably like most people. This is what has made the difference in my hair. After about 3 months of using, I started to see lots of regrowth – fine baby hairs along the hairline.

  3. Thanq Amy for your reply.I have androgenic alopecia because of pcos.
is morocco method is better for that?
