Before completing Amy’s 7 Day Jumpstart Program I didn’t have any energy to work out. I was taking naps almost every afternoon, and I had a lot of guilt since I knew I needed to move more. Since participating in the Program I have found ways to incorporate more general movement into my day, and I am exercising more overall. I have more energy, and I am no longer taking naps. The program helped me make more positive changes in my life. I had many of the “health” concepts coming into Jumpstart week, but the online program really made those bits of education into a cohesive plan. The supplement list and the Meal Plans are particularly helpful. I would recommend anyone considering this program in the future to go for it!
