Before the 7 Day Jumpstart I was frustrated with finding the “right” eating plan for PCOS. I had tried the Paleo diet but it was very restrictive and hard to stick to, and I never felt fully satisfied with my meals. Not knowing where to begin or how to plan my meals and snacks were my primary frustrations–I only focused on what I “couldn’t have.” This Program not only helped me visualize an eating schedule that works for me without feeling deprived, but opened up my awareness to my relationship with food, movement, and my body.
I am very grateful that I discovered this Program, because it has helped me a lot already. While I still don’t feel like I have my PCOS perfectly under control, I now have the tools to tame it. Being newly diagnosed, I’d only had minimal diet and health advice from my doctor. In just one week I have begun to see how to overcome cravings and emotional eating and to find positive alternatives to release those emotions or reward myself.
