PCOS Diva 7 Day Jumpstart program has really changed my life. I went into it feeling constantly fatigued, bloated, and barely able to get out of bed in the morning without a few cups of coffee. Amy’s meal plans required me to try a lot of new foods I had never even heard about before, or just assumed I didnt like…and I loved almost everything! I was never hungry, and after eating I never felt too full. After day one, I was no longer bloated and already in a better mood. Also getting on the sleep schedule has really made getting up and getting through the day a lot easier. Thank you Amy for putting this plan out there! It really has had such an impact!
