Prior to the 7 Day Jumpstart, I wanted to get out of the rut I was in. I was hoping to shift some of my weight and conceive through lifestyle changes. I was frustrated with my weight and constant fatigue. Throughout the program I stopped feeling guilty about taking care of myself. I realized I am better able to take care of others when I feel better. Eating whole foods is making me feel better and I know it will continue to improve.
Before I joined Jumpstart I thought it must be just another ‘diet’, but Amy is very supportive and it is more than just about food and weight loss (yes i did notice that too), it is about taking care of me. I have enjoyed the Program and would recommend it to all women who have PCOS. I can’t wait to see what comes of this new and much improved lifestyle. Ask yourself…what have you honestly got to lose?
