I have a 7.5 month old after a few years of trying to get pregnant and 2 miscarriages. I am so grateful! However, I was hoping pregnancy would eliminate my PCOS but it came back strongly about a month ago. I was irritable, anxious, breaking out and could not lose the baby weight. I felt much more balanced when I was pregnant! I have eliminated sugar, gluten and dairy previously and was hesitant to try the Jumpstart Program. I ended up really enjoying the program and the daily activities and really felt it was well rounded. I love the one minute meditation, skin brushing, etc. The entire program gave me a lot to think about. I have now changed my diet and realized I do not need to be perfect, just good enough. I am still working through a lot of the exercises – there are so many good ones!
I have tried many PCOS diets and programs, have read many books and have tried everything from hypnosis to EFT to acupuncture to try and get relief. I wan’t sure this was going to offer any new insights but was really surprised by how much I learned. This isn’t just a diet for your body, but for your mind and soul as well.
